Deputy Maintenance Manager - 4 Star Hotel - Edinburgh - Salary Up to £16,000
A great opportunity to join this international 4 star hotel as a Deputy Maintenance Manager in Edinburgh.
You will liaise with the Maintenance Manager and Operations Manager to ensure all maintenance issues within the hotel are maintained and prioritise as is necessary, as well as monitoring all work done by external contractors in the building.
You will check all financial estimates and invoices of external contractors and report to the Operations Manager.
You will ensure the standards are maintained and motivate your team as well as acting on disciplinary matters in the absence of the Manager in compliance with the HR Department. You will also play a major part in the recruitment, training and developing of your team.
You will have a proven background within the hotel industry in the Maintenance Department.
