Hotel Manager - 4 star hotel - Aberdeenshire - £28,000 - £35,000

This 4 star, family resort in a stunning location is looking for a Hotel Manager to join their team. Part of a group of hotels that believe in developing their staff this is an excellent opportunity to develop your career to a GM position.

You will report to the Area GM and have an Operations Manager, Revenue Manager, HR Manager and Finance Manager as support.

You will have full responsibility for the hotel operation including the self catering lodge accommodation within the resort and as well as guiding the operations you will work on business development and increasing revenue.

You will have a proven background within the hotel industry in a senior management position with a track record of achievements in increasing revenue and building a business in terms of Rooms, Conference and Banqueting and Food and Beverage.

You will be a strong leader with analytical skills and an ability to keep a critical eye on all areas of the business.

A competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 is on offer to the successful candidate as well as live in accommodation, mobile and a bonus scheme. An excellent company to work for offering excellent training and development.
