Job Description
As deputy manager your areas of responsibility will include
·Overall responsibility for customer management and the day-to-day operation.
·Making sure all customers are responded to promptly and effectively and that complaints are used to enhance future customer service.
To be aware of all area of the business including arrivals, departures (and conferences) and to ensure proactive planning takes place to ensure the guests expectations are met.
·Meet VIP and priority guests as required.
·Meeting all group/conference organisers to check the details of the function for that day and to communicate any changes to the departments – where applicable
We are looking for career driven managers from all types of hotel backgrounds, more rooms the better, but you must have had a very good grounding in food and beverage, if you have jumped around from job to job every six months do not apply, we want professionals who want to be a GM in 18 months.
