A Fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head chef within a lovely 3 star centrally located Hotel . The property has over 50 bedrooms which are all in keeping with the hotels style. The property is part of a portfolio of hotels within the UK.

The Hotel has a 60 cover restaurant and thriving Conference and banqueting facilities for up to 200.The menus reflect seasonal produce, and use fresh ingredients where possible.

As Head Chef your responsibilities will include:

* Training and Development of the brigade of 6
* Maintaining the standards of food quality
* Menu Design and creation
* All financial accountability
* Health and Safety

The ideal candidate will be a current Head Chef who has previous experience within a similar environment. You will have to be level headed, flexible, a team player who has the passion to succeed.

In return my client offers a generous salary plus food cost related bonus which is easily achievable.
