CAFE MANAGER- DORCHESTER, DORSET - Up to 24,000p.a.

CATERING MANAGER - CONTRACT CATERING

We have a fantastic opportunity to join one of the leading names in the contract catering market, operating a series of extremely important catering units in the leading name in U.K retail. You will benefit from a great salary of up to 24,000, superb training and career progression, no night shifts and a 5 day working week.

Providing an in-store cafe facility, you will ensure that extremely high standards of customer service are achieved and as a result, will be ultimately responsible for achieving the financial targets.

You will be a hands-on catering manager, operating front of house, yet ensuring that all the administration duties are completed on time and to the appropriate standards. You will deal with rotas, stock control, financial management, sales and will encourage as many customers to use the cafe as is possible.

Ideally, you will already be working as a Catering Manager and have experience in a retail catering environment. You will be a strong communicator and team leader with a keen eye for detail, with a good understanding of customer care, stock control and health and safety. This position may well also suit an experienced Assistant Catering Manager looking for their first Unit Managers position.

In-store catering management experience will obviously be a major advantage.
