Site Manager – London – Fit Out Contractor

A respected main contractor is actively looking for two Site Managers to manage 2 separate projects. This company has recently been awarded a Category A £10 million office fit out, and a Category B £12 million office fit out, both with in central LondonThe successful Site Manager will have held a previous position as a Site Manager, or be an experienced Assistant Site Manager ready to take the next step up in their career. Having experience managing projects up to the value of £5 million is of an advantage. Future projects will be with in the commercial, Leisure, and Retail sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager to work for a consistent contractor who has been established for 30 years. They are currently turning over £90 million and have 200 office and management personnel. This company can offer various projects with in the sector mentioned above with project values ranging from £500k - £20Million. This company offers excellent salaries and packages as well as a clear career path.
