Job Description
A Niche Architectural Practice in the heart of Wimbledon are seeking a senior Cad Technician to assist with a number of projects that they are currently running. The majority of projects are in the education and health care sectors, but also there are a number of university projects, commercial, mixed use, housing design, regeneration and heritage projects.
The practice has undertaken a number of there projects in the UK but also overseas
The practice oversees a number of projects valued from £100,000 up to £9.9 million; consequently they are an approachable, established, highly motivated office.
The successful candidate will need to have a number of years experience in the architectural industry and be familiar with UK building regulations. The successful candidate will also need to be familiar with AutoCAD as it is the system that is predominantly used. If you feel that you fit the role please apply today!!
