Job Description
This regional division of this National House builder is actively looking for an experienced Senior Surveyor to join their expanding commercial team. They have moved to new modern air-condition offices within an easy drive of Maidenhead. They produced 450 units last year and will probably complete 600 units this year.
Your background should ideally be from house building and you will have the ability to procure subcontractors. You will have three to four sites to run, 2 new sites and 1 or 2 up and running or on final account.
Therefore there is potential numerous openings for ambitious surveyors in the future as the business grows.
