Job Description
This innovative practice, based close to Liverpool Street and Fenchurch Street stations, is looking for project runners to join their small team and take control of a number of mixed-use and residential projects, each with a unique sustainable design.
You will be required to work on demolition, design development, documentation, and competition, with a team of assistants and technicians available to you. Experience managing projects in the region of £10m-£30m is essential, with any background in sustainability a benefit.
Projects are at various stages of planning and design, so the ideal candidate will be available at short notice, so that he/she is able to get involved at these early stages. Contracts will be ongoing, with opportunities for permanent positions in the short-term.
