Job Description
This is restaurant is ranked as one of the best of its kind. The restaurant serves French/Japanese fusion on a very high level. Seating about 140 till 200 covers per night. Restaurant is open for lunch as well as dinner the whole week.
The kitchen brigade is a international with 18-20 chefs. The headchef will report to the overseeing executive chef. Head chef has 2 souschefs.
His responsibilities are to secure the daily organisation and preparation. The Headchef will be in charge of all cost issues, schedule etc.
The headchef will be supported by the excutive chef.
Contract conditions :
The company is very successful with its concept and is working on opening more similar restaurants in Denmark as well as abroad. Therefore this is the right positions for candidates who are searching for a strong employer and a position with good growth potential.
You are pref. travelling single.

Skills and education
You are currently souschef or head chef with a high end restaurant /hotel.
You have proven to stay in your past positions for longer periods.
You have knowledge of the modern Japanese cuisine and fusion with other styles of cooking.
You are experienced in the upper level of the restaurant industry.
you are ready to work hard with your team in order to secure a perfect team/cooking environment
