My client is the worlds second largest construction company, with international outposts and interests in the commercial, healthcare, education & mixed use sectors. They have a rapidly growing U.K presence and are considered to be among the top ten contractors in the U.K providing innovative & dynamic solutions for a variety of clients.
Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager required to take on the contractual elements of a £115m health care project in West Middlesex along side the Project Director. This position includes a great deal of client side negotiation and interface, as well as being responsible for maintaining the day to day commercial overview.
The ideal candidate will have a degree background and be looking for an opportunity which will give them a sense of ownership of the project.
