Job Description
My client is a growing regional building contractor with a turnover of circa £350m. They work in a variety of sectors including: Social Housing, Leisure, Education, Healthcare, Elderly Care and Commercial.
We are looking for a proven team leader to manage the construction of a new teaching facility in Swindon procured on a two stage tender basis. The applicant would have had previous experience of working on D&B projects to the value of £15m plus. Experience of the Education Sector would be favourable.
Applicants must have worked with Major Contractors previously and demonstrated commitment with time served.
