Job Description

A Chef de Partie required for a 3* Luxury Hotel located in Oxfordshire. Successful candidates will be required to assist the chefs in the two restaurants serving both traditional fayre and fine dining. Applicants will be required to organise and control a designated section of the kitchen, preparing all the necessary mise-en-place in terms of quality and quantity as required by the demands of the business and to prepare, cook and present all dishes related to their designated sections to standards previously laid down. He/she should have previous relevant experience, preferably in a 3* or 4* establishment with the enthusiasm to learn new skills and must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
Salary £15,000 per annum.
