Job Description
A thriving local authority based in Surrey is looking to recruit a Development Control Planner on a contract basis. You will have a degree in Town Planning or equivalent coupled with a good basic grounding in Development Control gained either in a Consultancy, Local Authority or other Public Sector environment. You will be confident in undertaking site visits and processing minor applications as well as having the initiative to undertake tasks alone as well as within a team.
