Job Description
As a result of a long term contract to expand the DLR a commercial manager is required.
You will manage various contracts under the project to ensure that it is effectively controlled and that any risks and changes to contract are fully evaluated and properly implemented in accordance with project and companies governance requirements. The contract being managed has a value of circa £40m. You will liaise with key internal and external stakeholders, acting as the companies representative, where appropriate, on commercial and contractual matters.
You will have experience of differing types on contracts, from project execution phase, to analysing contracts, and contract claims.
Degree qualified or equivalent, ideally in an engineering discipline.
