Job Description

They are currently recruiting for an Engineering Projects Coordinatorto be based in their Croydon office. This is a great opportunity for a technically minded person to step into project management at a level that has both challenge and responsibility.

Role responsibilities would include:

- Maintain, review and expedite the Engineering Change register ensuring that critical paths are understood, dependencies are communicated and slippages are highlighted for appropriate action.

- Production and management of Engineering and Project data for use throughout the company and for communicating with the DfT.

- Organise and facilitate all Engineering Team and Engineering Projects meetings eg. Fleet Managers Group, meetings etc ensuring that the team provide a detailed timely agenda. To follow up actions to a conclusion arising from monthly reviews between the Engineering Director and his Direct Reports.

- Ensure the Engineering pProject teams are aware of meetings, presentations and overall communication requirements. Effectively manage the Engineering Directors diary ensuring awareness of commitment and that all relevant paperwork is presented in a timely organised manner.

- Act as the principal point of contact for Engineering related customer queries, identifying the underlying issues, expedite explanations from within the engineering team and responding personally.

- Managing all incoming communications, seeking clarification and action where necessary.

- Manage specific projects as directed from time to time by the Engineering Director.
