Quantity Surveyor – Senior. Winning is the first requirement. Having won a number of new projects involving demolition, land remediation, groundworks and RC frame construction this successful west London based Contractor is seeking to employ an additional Senior Quantity Surveyor, to take part in the continued growth of the company.

An understanding of the technical aspects of these processes is required along with traditional ground-works, piling and pilecaps, drainage and ground-beams where you will demonstrate your technical, contractual and commercial abilities.

Good Quantity Surveying skills and aptitudes with a broad construction background capable of organising the various sequences from initial enquiry through to final account are required. Previous experience with one of the recognised Groundworks or RC frame contractors would be preferred. This is a role that would be suitable for an aspiring Quantity Surveyor wishing to take on their own projects, keen to develop within the contractors side of the industry.

The Contractor is recognised as a successful groundworks and RC frame contractor working in the south of England. . You will be involved in groundworks, conventional RC frame structures with shuttering for all upstands and vertical elements and bespoke projects as they arise. You will need good communication skills, capable of producing spreadsheets and reconciling expenditure, be IT literate, able to liaise with the various statutory bodies involved with this work and above all represent our client in a professional manner.

This is an ongoing growth curve for our client who is seeking a committed candidate for the role. A 5 day week will operate. Ideally CSCS certified you should be a car driver.
