Job Description

Build approx 1000 units per year, between 6 – 10 projects running at any on time with build values ranging from £20 million – £180 million per project.

Site Manager - reporting to the Senior Project Manager, managing a package on one of the schemes.
Managing the site team, sub contractors and the relationship with any main build contractors that may be involved in the construction.

The position will involve working along side other disciplines such as commercial and technical office based staff. Experience of working for a residential developer is preferred but not essential.
