Groundworks Foreman. Docklands. New build multi-storey RC frame with multiple basements and extensive excavation and piling.

The Role. This is a site based role reporting to the Project Manager. An experienced Foreman with an in depth knowledge of excavation, piling, groundworks, working at and below the water table level, restricted access constraints and organising plant and machinery is required. Experience of in situ and pre-cast concrete would also be beneficial.

The Project. This project is to be built using post tensioning in an un-bonded form. Multi – storey RC frames to 21 floors as a linked structure to lower level structures. This will all be in situ concrete with post tensioning methods used. The project runs for 18 to 20 months and you will be involved from the initial groundworks through all the RC phases to the external works and handover. The company have also won similar projects in the vicinity, so there will be continuity of work available.

Salary package. A shift basis of £175 to £200 plus is available and this can be reviewed on an individual basis. Additional bonuses and performance payments are also available based on your contribution to the success of the scheme.
