Ass.Restaurant Manager –London – British Fine Dining

Salary £25,000 to £30,000

We are currently looking for an Ass Restaurant Manager in our high-class fine dining restaurant based in central London. The candidate will be experienced in a fine dining environment and preferably have an accredited hotel and catering qualification. The restaurant is famed for it’s traditional menu, excellent friendly and attentive service and a style all of its own, with customers coming back time and again. The restaurant has a fantastic harmony between both the front and back of house teams and has a friendly and respectful working environment.

The successful candidate will work alongside the GM delivering a consistently high standard and will have excellent attention to detail. They are currently in the position of assistant manager or supervisor and looking to take the next step in their career. We are looking for a candidate who is able to develop our team and help maintain our excellent reputation with our customers and staff.
