Job Description

Site Engineer – Groundworks & RC. New build project with a 68 week programme near Sevenoaks, Kent. With the technically challenging foundations over sensitive sub-terrain structures involving excavation, waterproofing, sub and superstructure RC, this will be a challenging role in substructure construction.

Main Contractor’s requirement for an Engineer for a new build project with 3 storey deep basement and superstructure to match plus extensive external works.

The Company has been trading for over 50 years and specialises in Substructure, Superstructure, Basements and Infrastructure Works, working mainly in London and the south-east. Turnover is currently around £100 million. Carrying out projects for both end user clients and main contractors the company is proud of the level of repeat business that is obtained. The labour force is directly employed and is trained to meet the requirements of their strict Health & Safety policy.

With a strong reputation for innovative working methods in the concrete sector, of particular note are the following:
• Precast/insitu hybrid solutions that can provide the benefits of precast quality finished works and enhanced outputs, with the stability of insitu frames.
• A Bespoke Walling System has been developed and successfully used to construct in aggressive ground conditions, provide watertight construction and as a solution for modular structures such as hotels and residential developments.
