Job Description
Site Manager – Civils. Overview. A well-established groundworks & civil engineering business, offering a range of services to the construction industry in London and the South East is currently seeking an additional Site Manager from an Engineering background for a new build project in west London.
A new build warehouse with associated offices and extensive external hard and soft landscaping. You should ideally have worked on adopted roads and have good traffic management skills, there is an ongoing dialogue with local and statutory bodies, so you must have good communication skills. Engineer trained with a relevant tertiary level qualification you will be comfortable working in the field and on site.

• Highway work
Current Requirement. Civils orientated Site Manager, from an Engineering background, able to run work from £1.2 to £3.5m on commercial and industrial projects, roads & highways with the associated interface with Local Authorities, Service Providers and the general public. You will be expected to be fully responsible for the safe and profitable running of each project that you manage.
Enthusiasm and a genuine desire to progress your career with a growing company, embracing their forward looking approach to Health & Safety are required. A salary package of £48 to £52k plus production bonuses, a car and full company benefits package are offered. Preferably with a 5 day CITB Managers qualification, First Aid and CSCS certified.

• Commercial Retail
• Industrial
• Public Sector / PFI
Staff Welfare. Field staff participate in an ongoing programme of training to ensure that they have the necessary skills and all are equipped with CSCS as standard and other relevant training. The company’s enviable safety record is a result of a combination of this training and their comprehensive safety policy. The Company is accredited to ISO9001 international quality standard and to ISO14001 international environmental standard. Additionally the role of Safety Consultant is undertaken by an external consultancy, working to and closely monitored against their own rigorously high standards.
