Job Description
This company are looking for a town planner with UK consultancy experience, to come in to advise and guide clients through the process of writing and preparing development applications and plans.
They are a small privately owned company, formed of ex- Associates of multinational companies who have brought with them an impressive portfolio of clients.
As a result of the size of their workload they are not necessarily looking for a 'fee earner' however, any new business that can be brought in would be welcomed.
A small consultancy based within the Square Mile of the City, their office contains only 6 employees. They handle a portfolio of well known national and international finance companies, and with a major increase in projects amongst their main clients they are going through a period of organic growth and expect to open a second London based office by the start of 2008.
Due to the size of the company at present, the atmosphere is very much suited to an independent worker, and the option to work from home is also viable.
