Job Description
A Senior Building Surveyor is required by a rapidly expanding property company based in Manchester. They have three complementary disciplines and their current portfolio comprises of residential and commercial properties worth in excess of £600m. The group also has a development programme that has produced many schemes of an extremely high quality.
As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will be part of the management team performing traditional building surveying duties. Given the nature of this role, AutoCAD experience would be advantageous.
