Excellant position with a well established and renown for its pofessionalism is looking for a Senior Traffic Engineer based in a Great location in London.

The Purpose of the role:
· To form part of one of WSP's design teams specialising in either:
· Feasibility studies and the development of a variety of proposals associated with safety or sustainable transport schemes. These schemes will include significant levels of interaction with the public and special interest groups.
· Design teams responsible for taking feasibility designs through initial and detailed design and on to completion.

Your Main responsibilities will be:
· Undertake self-managed work as part of a small and flexible team in the development and delivery of transport improvement schemes
· Undertake design activities in accordance with national and local design standards
· Be responsible for self-checking of technical activities and the checking of output from engineers and technicians
· Undertake computer-assisted design (CAD) and data analysis activities
· Produce documentation for consultation and implementation activities
· Produce reports and documents for sub-contractors
· Liaison with the client
· Assistance in the financial management of projects
