Our Client delivers specialised professional recruitment, outsourcing, and talent management solutions worldwide. This role will be working onsite with one of their key clients.

The Senior Resourcing Specialist will be responsible for managing and driving all “non-agency” sourcing channels including:

 ‘Internal\' applicant candidate pools
 Employee Referrals and related channels
 Job Board and CV Databases
 Compiling enticing and engaging adverts on niche sector vertical sites and generic job boards
 Sourcing and or mining active candidates on relevant CV databases and search engines
 ‘Passive\' candidate research and attraction through multiple social networking sites to include but not limited to ‘LinkedIn\'.
 Networking & Lead-chaining activity
 Identification and participating in industry think tanks, networking events and industry specific job fairs

The Resourcing Specialist will define, engage and manage the channel strategy for each vacancy, engaging the most appropriate channels to source candidates.

Essential

• IT Sales recruitment experience
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent telephone manner – clear, concise and articulate. Experience of telephone screening is essential
• Experience resourcing across a breadth of functional disciplines and levels
• Highly customer focused, lateral thinker, problem solver, able to work independently with chance to use own initiative
• PC literate – Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Lotus Notes, Databases
• Experience of managing multiple roles and resourcing assignments to tight deadlines

Desirable

• Experience working either ‘in-house\', ‘consultancy\' or RPO in a resourcing/recruitment focused role
• Experience of navigating recruitment systems and portals
• Experience of ‘boolean\' search
• Knowledge of current employment legislation around fair and efficient recruitment and selection
• Experience of utilising job boards and searching online CV databases
