Job Description
Planning Officer with at least 6 months UK Development Control experience required to appraise and evaluate planning applications to improve the quality of development within this busy London local authority. You will be responsible for the investigations and resolution of breaches of planning control including site visits, obtaining evidence from witnesses, formulating recommendations, advise and assist members of the public on planning applications and preparing reports for public inquiries and informal hearings. You will have previous experience within Development Control dealing with minor to medium sized applications. This role requires a car for site visits.
