Job Description
Experienced Enforcement Officer required to investigate and resolve alleged breaches of planning control under the town and country planning acts and related legislation. You will be conducting site surveys and obtaining evidence from witnesses and other sources, formulating recommendations to planning committee for decision on breaches of planning control, advising and assisting members through reports and supporting the case at appeal. Additional duties will include serving enforcement notices. Previous enforcement experience is essential. This role requires a car.
