Job Description
You will be responsible for undertaking the appraisal and evaluation of planning applications and breaches of planning control , formulate recommendations to committee, compose and explain the case at appeal including informal hearings and public inquiries and attending appropriate site visits. Previous experience within Development Control dealing with major applications is essential. This is a long term contract opportunity for the right candidate.
