Senior Engineer x 2 not for setting out. Currently seeking two Experienced Engineers for 2 separate developments in the £4 to 7m region. Initially working on site establishment and moving ahead on all the new build elements associated with RC frames, you will have setting out Engineers to supervise.

The projects are new build residential schemes with associated refurbishment of adjoining buildings to provide further accommodation units, on one of the sites. Senior Engineers with an engineering background who are capable of taking on some managerial responsibilities are sought. These and further vacancies have arisen through the company winning additional projects from £3 up to £35m, necessitating an increased opportunity in site based positions for people with extensive knowledge in groundworks, associated infrastructure works and RC structures.

The successful candidates will have setting out skills, having come up through the ranks and will be responsible for supervising all the Engineering elements of the project, plus some programming in conjunction with the Project Manager, as well as QA / QC and associated management duties. You will be able to deal with RFI’s, calling off rebar and concrete and resolving drawing queries. The candidates we seek should have qualifications to Diploma or Degree status. You will probably have at least 4-5 years engineering experience after graduation, and be permitted to legally work in the UK.

With a strong financial background they are a sound contractor, specialising in RC structures, now moving on from the shell and core to turnkey projects to £40m plus. The company has work secured both for the current year and into 2008 / 2009 that will see a considerable growth in turnover.
