Are you a talented chef, frustrated by the stresses of working and living in London, but still eager to work in a top quality restaurant? Do you have a passion for sourcing the very freshest produce and best quality ingredients?
Since it opened just over a year ago, Riddle & Finns Champagne and Oyster Bar has established a reputation as one of the most exciting restaurants on the South Coast.
Due to company expansion, we are now looking to recruit 1x Chef de Partie. The successful candidate will display a strong background of working with fresh ingredients and handling multiple covers, ideally in a fine dining restaurant. There are restaurant opportunities for career progression within the company, currently handling a portfolio of catering businesses, including seafood restaurants, night clubs, outside catering and hospitality, and food manufacture.
