Job Description
They turnover £320 million of which £280 million can be attributed to their structures division.They service their main group and external clients in the provision of reinforced concrete structures.
Due to continued success they currently require a proven Project Quantity Surveyor looking to step into a senior role or a current Senior Quantity Surveyor seeking long term progression with a forward looking and dynamic organisation.
Project values range typically from £4 million to £60 million and dependant on experience and level you will be appointed on a project size and scope matched to your capabilities and developed from there.
You will be fully conversant with cost and budget management, financial forecasting, monthly reporting , CVRs and final account settlement.
Salary is up to £50,000 basic with car or £5,000 car allowance,
attractive bonus, BUPA, pension, 25 days annual leave. Chartership for those seeking it.
