Job Description

ESTIMATORS. A major infrastructure company in the UK is looking for estimators. As part of the transport links being improved in the next 5-7 years, with projects from station re-fits, introduction of ERTMS and the 2012 Olympic links being improved, estimating has never been as important.

As an Estimator you will be required to;
. Produce accurate and comprehensive estimates in a timely and efficient manner.
. Control and manage the estimating process at project level.
. All estimates will be produced in accordance with the Guide to Railway Investment Projects (GRIP).

If you are qualified to basic standard in Estimating or Quantity Surveying, or have experience of the provision of estimating and/or QS services and you have an understanding of project management, planning, risk and investment processes.
