Job Description

We are currently looking for a Design Coordination Manager to manage and drive the design development and Client approvals for a major (£40m+) contractual package.

Based on site within the Kings Cross development, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the coordination of design related issues with the main contractor as well as ensuring the Lead Designer delivers in accordance with the project programme and the Clients requirements within budget


Responsibilities
Ensure delivery by Lead Designer
Management of Client (LUL) interface with respect to contractual and technical issues
Designer change
Designer resource review
Programme coordination between designer and main contractor
Close liaison with Client to ensure design development issues are resolved in a timely manner.


Requirements
Project Management skills (Commercial, Programme and Contractual)
Experience in managing numerous interfaces
Design Management experience
Substantial experience in similar roles
IT Literate
Excellent communication skills
Drive and ability to work well independently
LUL experience desirable but not essential
