Our client is a small, well respected, and highly ambitious architectural practice, specialising in the high end private and developer residential market, complimented by a variety of work within the Commercial property markets.

Over the past 11 years my client has achieved an enviable reputation in the high end private and developer residential market that has ensured a steady stream of business. Over the past 12 months, this work, complimented by an aggressive business and marketing development strategy has resulted in a vastly increased workload There is now an urgent requirement for a Technical Project Architect to join the 4 strong team. Working with the company director, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of client projects, initially from contract signing to completion.

Person Specification
You must be a qualified Architect or equivalent and be able to demonstrate sound knowledge of Architecture. You must be self motivated, a creative thinker with excellent design, presentation and technical skills. Demonstrable track record of identifying and winning new business would be highly desirable although not essential. Comprehensive contract documentation and contract administration skills. Highly proficient in Vectorworks.
