Our client is a leading bank in the Middle East and are constantly striving to offer cutting-edge corporate and retail services through investments in technology and excellent customer service. In just two decades, they have emerged as one of the foremost financial institutions in the region, endeavouring to meet tomorrow\'s needs today. They are currently looking for an architect to work as a client representative on behalf of the bank to manage the design process for a number of projects in the commercial sector. A combination of fit out and new build high rise projects are currently planned. This is a senior appointment within the group and you will be responsible for taking the design brief from business sector heads and turn this into client requirements for others to develop the design to working stage feasibility. You will make recommendations for the appointment of external consultants and will then manage them accordingly to ensure that they achieve the design brief. The role will also require you to work closely with the bank\'s project manager to develop specifications, costs and programmes. You will be a qualified architect with excellent communication and management skills. A background in commercial design would prove advantageous though is not essential as would exterior design development and structures experience.
