This well established practice based in the heart of London\'s West End are currently seeking an Architect to work alongside a Project Associate and Director. You will be responsible for the delivery of a £27million arts centre and your responsibilities will include Contract Administration and direct liaison with Project Managers, Contractor, Client and Design Team.

As lead Architect you will be taking on the responsibility for delivery of this high profile project which is currently at Stage F, and including progression of all statutory conditions, and delivery in accordance with contract documents. You will also be required to monitor progress and inspect quality and compliance on site.

This role will suit somebody who can display team management skills by assisting with the management of the in house team through these latter stages of this project and involvement in the wider team design and construction quality debate.
