There is a two-rosette restaurant as well as a more informal brassiere as well as Health and Beauty spa. With Solarium, gym and sauna and extensive conference facilities, it offers its staff room to grow in all departments. Only 45 minutes away from Central London, you have the relaxing country surroundings as well as easy access to Britainβs capital. The staff accommodation is lovely with all members having purpose build flats.
We are a large, established 4* Hotel located in Kent. We have a Fine Dining 2AA Rosette Restaurant and are currently seeking a new motivated, reliable & experienced Chef de Partie Pastry to join our TEAM.
Job Description
β’ Mise en place preparation
β’ Food preparation and service in your designated section
β’ Keep the kitchen clean and tidy at all times
β’ Any other duties that your manager sees fit
Job Requirements
β’ Chef education such as 2 years Chef course, NVQ Level 1 & 2 or City & Guilds 706/1 & 706/2 in Food Preparation & Cooking.
β’ Good English and communication skills
β’ One year experience as a Commis Chef or currently working as a Demi Chef de Partie in a quality restaurant
Salary Β£17k per year, Live in
