Job Description

We are a beautiful 4* Hotel located in Hertfordshire. We have an upmarket 3AA Rosette/*Michelin Restaurant and a beautiful Brasserie serving European cuisine. We also have a successful Conference & Banqueting department which serves up to 350 Covers.

Currently we are looking for a Chef de Partie.

The ideal candidate will have:
- A Chef qualification such as City & Guilds 706/1 – 706/02 in Food Preparation & Cooking
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Commitment and drive
