Job Description
As a consequence to my clients expanding work load a Commercial Manager is required.
You will be part of a team delivering a wide portfolio of Enhancement projects for a number of high profile clients. Playing a leading role in the management team and be responsible for the commercial functions on a number of rail projects.
You will be responsible for the establishment and maintenance of professional working relationships with the client, sub contractor and other relevant parties on financial matters. Ensuring maximum recovery of contractual entitlements and develop and coach junior members of the commercial team.
The individual we are seeking will have a proven track record in QS / CM, hold a degree qualification (RICS) and have the motivation and desire to succeed and ability to work under pressure.
