Job Description
Providing professional advice on all aspects of property and construction for this local authority. Your work will involve site visits for new buildings and with the aftercare and performance of existing buildings. Working on a very wide field, which can include advising on various aspects of buildings at different stages, including: design; maintenance; repair; refurbishment and restoration of housing.
You will have a degree in Building Surveying or an accredited degree which meets the requirement of the professional bodies (RICS, CIOB, ABE or BIFM).
