Job Description
A West Essex Borough is looking for an experienced Development Control Officer.
You will be responsible for dealing with a mixture of minor to major applications. The role will require you to attend Committees, public meetings and other forums.
You will be able to communicate effectively in writing and orally and also be able to liaise effectively with officers and the public.
The ideal candidate will have strong UK DC experience and hold a Town Planning degree.
