The role is for an electrical design engineer, who will be dealing with the design and the running of maintenance contracts throughout the borough. Working on fire alarms, entry systems, power, lighting and the like in a wide variety of buildings in the area. There will be a supervisory aspect to the role along with site work including surveys.

With 4-5 years experience in an electrical design capacity, the successful applicant will also have solid experience in a building services environment. Applicants without building services experience WILL NOT be considered for this particular role. It is preferred that applicants have experience in either, educational buildings, libraries or residential properties. Applicants should be versatile, flexible and independent with the ability to take on responsibility on the very first day of work.
