An excellent opportunity has arisen with a Local Authority based in Essex for a Development Control Manager. You will have a degree in Town Planning coupled with the relevant experience to manage a Development Control team. Your main duties will include, attending committee, doing performance management, Liaising with other Planning professionals and carrying out other general management duties within the Development Control department. You may also be required to conduct interviews.
