Job Description
A Local Authority based in London is looking to recruit a Monitoring officer on a contract basis. You will have a degree in Town Planning or Equivalent. Your main duties will be to undertake a survey of non-allocated Employment, Retail and Leisure land-uses within the borough ,To monitor the implementation of planning permissions and To provide analysis of the data on planning permissions, starts and completions, to assist in assessing the effectiveness of the Council’s planning policies.
