Job Description
Building Control Surveyors are required for a local authority in Kent. For site inspections and record keeping, associated plan checking and general paperwork as the need arises. Experience with a local authority would be an advantage but by no means must essential and you will have RICS or the equivalent qualifications. A flexible working pattern can be arranged and also a car user allowance is included.
