Job Description
We at ECR is searching for a serious and learning eager demi chef de partie.
Team in the kitchen is 12 chefs.
Hotel is having 1 restaurant serving breakfast and dinner. Seating +/- 45 couvers. 1 bar. 2 bqt rooms of each 30.
1 lounge serving light food.
Cooking style is modern on a simple level - value for money but good-
You will be reporting to the sous chef and executive chef.
You will be part of securing a smoot and cost/quality production daily.
