Job Description
You will be responding to the hotels executive chef and oversee and direct all aspects of the kitchen operation. Team in the kitchen is 15.
You will supervise the functions of all kitchen staff, facilities and costs and contributes to maximing the overall food and beverage departmental profit.
In cooperation with the executive chef, you will be in charge of menu's, pricing, cost etc.
You will be required to attend and contribute to management meetings and co-ordinate and lead own department meetings.
You have experince pref. as sous chef or executive sous chef with mid to larger size hotel.
You are European nationality.
You have experince with menu planing as well as cost control.
You wish to stay in this position for long term
