Job Description
Hotel is having 1 restaurant serving breakfast and dinner. Seating +/- 45 couvers. 1 bar. 2 bqt rooms of each 30.
1 lounge serving light food.
Cooking style is modern on a simple level - value for money but good-
You will be reporting to the sous chef and executive chef.
You will be part of securing a smoot and cost/quality production daily.
You have a few years experience as a commis or chef de partie.
You are hoilder of an European passport.
You are creative and well organized
You wish to stay in this position for min. 1 year
