Job Description
This position is with a Bistro has 70 covers and
a varied a la carte located in a hotel part of one of the worlds largest hotel groups. The post is temporary cover in the absence of the Head Chef ( approx 4 months) - however the right person would then move into our main kitchen as CDP.
Contract conditions Organized working terms and good employment terms.
Skills and education Candidate must be Fluent in English , well organised, self motivated and good standard in food prep using fresh ingredients.
Preferred
Food Safety Qualification, trainer , pastry experience
